- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This was my first time purchasing a home. I worked with Richard Thierry. He's amazing, a great advocate for the home buyer and a constant source of advice and support. This was my first time buying a home with many highs and lows, in addition to lots of surprises that the broker, title company, and realtor don't often come across. Richard followed through consistently and was always available to provide guidance and direction. I highly recommend Summit Funding and in particular Richard Thierry for anyone looking to buy a home. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Richard Thierry and his team made my 1st time home owning experience stress less. He was well informed, thorough, did not mind answering the same question more than once, answered questions I needed to have asked. The office was very welcoming, my name was on a big screen monitor with a welcome, as I was offered a variety of snacks and beverages. The office staff was friendly and very well dressed. Richard helped me to achieve a dream, while explaining every step of the process, he made me feel as if he wanted me to be a home owner more than he wanted a sale.
